A new food trailer in downtown Austin- the Bavarian Bistro! Located on the southwest corner of 3rd & Congress, this authentic German food spot not only delivers great brats (veal!!!) and knockworst but by the looks of their website a pretty amazing schnitzel too. The sauerkraut and red cabbage blew me away. At $5 it is a hearty lunch and a welcome post drinking snack.
