Mother’s Day brunch in DC. I cooked breakfast for 3 generations of moms (my abuela, my mom, and my sister)! Onthe menu was my argula salad tossed with crisped panchetta, shredded parmasian cheese, and topped with a poached egg. On the side, I served up cream drop biscuits, with strawberry butter. Of course, I included the obligatory Mimosa with fresh squeezed OJ!

To all the moms out there- Thank you.
