Chi’Lantro BBQ food trailer located during lunch on Congress between 2nd & 3rd st.
This Korean-Mexican fusion food trailer is exactly what I needed today. Granted I am a huge Latin-Asian fusion fan, but the flavorful beef mixed with their red salsa and corn tortillas made my taste buds happy. Their spicy pork was good as well but I felt that the taste of the meat was washed about by the dominate salsa flavor. The beef, on the other hand, compliment the salsa adding a slight sweet bulgogi twing to the garlicy-spicy salsa.
The prices are great! Each taco was $2 and add-ons such as kimchi were very reasonable. I recommend this a must try for downtown workers. I can’t wait to try out their infamous burger.
