BBQ is a religion in Texas and Cooper’s in Llano is one it’s most sacred cathedrals. The pork tenderloin was quite possibly the single most delicious pieces of BBQ fare I’ve ever had. The pork ribs were outstanding as was the jalapeno sausage. The brisket was good but not nearly as superlative as the rest. Word to the wise- just say no to the sauce it is purely for BBQ neophytes.
